Okay, I know that you can buy a can of cranberry and plop it on a plate. However, once you see how simple and easy it is to make it yourself you might just give it a try. A bonus is that the house will smell absolutely wonderful as you are cooking it! You can use fresh or frozen cranberries, if using frozen simply thaw before cooking. Best Ever Mashed Potatoes

Everybody has their own method for making mashed potatoes, here’s mine. I use Yukon Gold potatoes for a couple of reasons. They are less starchy than Russet potatoes but mostly I use Yukon’s because I don’t have to peel them!   I hope you enjoy this recipe. It really is a time saver not having to peel all those potatoes!
